Screenshot your weekly total and submit it. We verify it and send your reward within 24 hours. The longer your streak, the better the reward.
Reduce your social media by at least 20% each week to qualify. The longer your streak, the better the reward. Rewards expire 2 weeks after they're sent. Miss a week and your streak resets, but you can always start again.
