Join the waitlist. Your first submission tells us your starting point — how many hours you spent on social media that week. Everything is compared against the week before from there.
Each week, try to spend less time on social media than the week before. At the end of the week, check your iOS Screen Time or Android Digital Wellbeing for your weekly total.
Screenshot your weekly social media total and submit it through our form. We verify it and send your reward within 24 hours. The bigger your reduction and the longer your streak, the better the reward.
Reduce your social media by at least 20% each week to qualify. The longer your streak, the better the reward — and you choose what you want from the list. Rewards expire 2 weeks after they're sent. Miss a week and your streak resets, but you can always start again.
