Screenshot your weekly total and submit it. We verify it and send your reward within 24 hours. The longer your streak, the better the reward.

How exactly does the reduction work?
Each week we compare your social media hours to the week before. If you spent 10 hours last week and 8 this week, that's a 20% reduction — which qualifies you for a reward. Your first submission sets your starting point.
How do I check my screen time?
On iPhone: Settings → Screen Time → See All Activity → scroll to Social Networking. On Android: Settings → Digital Wellbeing. Screenshot your weekly social media total and submit it through our form.
Which apps count as social media?
Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Facebook, Snapchat, YouTube, and Reddit. If your Screen Time groups them under "Social Networking," that's what we look at.
How do streaks work?
Every week you hit your 20% reduction counts toward your streak. Rewards are sent on weeks 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9+. Miss a week? Streak resets to zero, but you can always start again.
Is this only in Austin?
For now, yes. We're starting local so we can build real relationships with real Austin businesses. If it works here, other cities are next.
How do you make money?
Partner business fees, optional premium subscriptions, and sponsored experiences. Users never pay to earn rewards.
